安装与启用

1. 在 Chrome 网上应用店搜索 Clip2Notion 并点击「添加至 Chrome」。
2. 安装完成后，点击浏览器工具栏的拼图图标，将 Clip2Notion 固定到工具栏以便快速访问。
3. 点击扩展图标打开弹窗，即可开始使用。首次使用建议先到「设置」完成登录。

Install & Enable

1. Search for Clip2Notion in the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome".
2. After install, click the puzzle icon in the toolbar and pin Clip2Notion for quick access.
3. Open the extension popup to get started. We recommend signing in via Settings on first use.

登录与托管模式

Clip2Notion 提供两种使用方式：

• 自带 Key（默认）：在「设置 → AI 供应商」中填入你自己的 API Key，由你直接和模型供应商结算，扩展本地调用。
• 托管模式：在「设置 → 托管模式」中粘贴账户中心获取的 License，AI 调用走 Clip2Notion 云端网关，无需自备 Key，按用量计费。

登录账户中心后，可在「你的 License」处复制 License，粘贴到扩展的托管模式即可启用。

Sign in & Hosted mode

Clip2Notion offers two modes:

• Bring your own key (default): enter your API key under Settings → AI Providers. You are billed by the model provider directly.
• Hosted mode: paste the License from the account center into Settings → Hosted mode. AI calls go through the Clip2Notion gateway, billed by usage.

After signing in to the account center, copy your License from "Your License" and paste it into the extension's hosted mode to enable it.

一键剪藏网页

1. 打开你想保存的网页。
2. 点击工具栏中的 Clip2Notion 图标，弹出窗口会读取当前页面标题与正文。
3. （可选）在弹窗中调整标题、选择目标 Notion 数据库、补充备注。
4. 点击「剪藏」，内容连同 AI 摘要一起写入你的 Notion。

Clip a page

1. Open the page you want to save.
2. Click the Clip2Notion icon in the toolbar; the popup reads the current page title and body.
3. (Optional) Adjust the title, pick a target Notion database, or add a note.
4. Click "Clip" to save the content with its AI summary into your Notion.

AI 摘要与标签

剪藏时，Clip2Notion 会自动：

• 生成一段简洁的 中文 / 英文摘要，概括页面要点。
• 提取若干 标签，便于后续检索。
• 推断一个 分类（如 技术、阅读、购物、资讯等）。

你可在「设置」中切换摘要语言、选择模型，或关闭自动摘要（仅保存原文）。

AI summary & tags

On each clip, Clip2Notion automatically:

• Writes a concise summary of the page's key points.
• Extracts several tags for later search.
• Infers a category (e.g. tech, reading, shopping, news).

In Settings you can switch the summary language, pick a model, or turn off auto-summary (save the original only).

历史内容直接问 AI

已经剪藏到历史记录的内容，也可以继续和 AI 对话，不用重新打开网页。

1. 打开扩展弹窗，切换到「历史」标签。
2. 找到要了解的记录，点击「💬 问答」。
3. 可以直接选择「这篇讲了什么？」「一句话总结」等快捷问题，也可以输入自己的问题。

问答会沿用当前 AI 配置：BYOK 使用你自己的 API Key，托管模式使用账户 License。旧版本剪藏如果没有保存正文，会提示无法问答；重新剪藏后即可使用。

Ask AI about saved clips

You can continue a conversation about a saved clip from history without reopening the original page.

1. Open the extension popup and switch to the History tab.
2. Find the record you want to understand and click “💬 Q&A”.
3. Choose a preset such as “What is this about?” or “Summarize in one sentence”, or type your own question.

Q&A uses your current AI setup: BYOK uses your own API key, while Hosted mode uses your account License. Older clips without saved body text cannot be queried; re-clip them to enable Q&A.

配置 Notion 数据库

1. 在 Notion 中新建或选择一个数据库（建议使用「表格」视图）。
2. 确保数据库至少包含以下属性：标题、URL、摘要、标签、分类、创建时间。
3. 在扩展「设置 → Notion」中点击「连接 Notion」，授权 Clip2Notion 访问该数据库。
4. 选择目标数据库，保存后即可开始剪藏。

Configure Notion

1. Create or pick a database in Notion (a Table view works best).
2. Make sure it has at least: Title, URL, Summary, Tags, Category, Created time.
3. In Settings → Notion, click "Connect Notion" and authorize Clip2Notion for that database.
4. Select the target database and save, then you're ready to clip.

套餐与用量

账户中心可查看当前套餐、本月 AI 用量与剩余额度。页面优先用「字数」展示，服务端仍按 token 计量（约 1.5 token / 字）。免费档约 10 万字 / 月，Starter 约 100 万字 / 月，Pro 约 500 万字 / 月，Team 约 2,000 万字 / 月（公平用量）。

用量按月重置，超出后可在账户中心按需购买加量包，不影响已有剪藏内容。

订阅用户在订阅有效期内用完当月额度后，无需重新购买订阅或等待下月重置，可在账户中心购买 100 万字一次性加量包。系统会识别当前有效订阅，并按订阅套餐的单位价格提供专享优惠，账户中心会显示最终价格；加量包不会改变订阅周期。

免费用户或没有有效订阅的用户也可以购买加量包，按账户中心显示的标准价格结算。

Plans & usage

The account center shows your current plan, this month's AI usage and remaining quota. The UI uses characters as the primary display while the server meters tokens (about 1.5 tokens per character): Free ~100k chars/month, Starter ~1M, Pro ~5M, and Team ~20M with fair use.

Usage resets monthly. If you go over, buy an add-on pack anytime without affecting saved clips.

If an active subscriber uses up the monthly allowance, there is no need to start another subscription or wait for the next reset. Buy a one-time 1M-character add-on in the account center instead. The server recognizes the active subscription and applies subscriber pricing based on that plan's unit rate; the final price is shown in the account center. The add-on does not change the subscription billing period.

Free users and users without an active subscription can also buy the add-on at the standard price shown in the account center.

常见问题

剪藏失败提示无权限？

通常是 Notion 授权权限不足，请到 Notion 集成页面确认 Clip2Notion 对该数据库有编辑权限。

托管模式需要自备 API Key 吗？

不需要。托管模式使用账户中心的 License，AI 调用由 Clip2Notion 网关完成。

忘记账号怎么办？

可在账户中心「反馈与帮助」选择「账号找回」并提交注册邮箱，我们会协助处理。

FAQ

Clipping fails with a permission error?

Usually the Notion grant is insufficient. In Notion's integrations page, confirm Clip2Notion has edit access to the database.

Do I need my own API key in hosted mode?

No. Hosted mode uses the License from the account center; AI calls are served by the Clip2Notion gateway.

I forgot my account?

Use "Feedback & Help" in the account center, choose "Account recovery", and submit your sign-up email.
