This page explains how Clip2Notion collects, uses and protects your information.
我们收集的信息
- 账户信息：注册时提供的邮箱与密码（密码经加盐哈希后存储，不以明文保存）。
- 剪藏内容：你保存的网页标题、URL、正文及由 AI 生成的摘要、标签、分类。
- 用量数据：AI 调用次数、字符用量、套餐与交易记录。
- 技术信息：浏览器类型、扩展版本、访问时间等用于运维与排障的日志。
What we collect
- Account info: email and password at sign-up (passwords are salted and hashed, never stored in plaintext).
- Clip content: page title, URL, body, plus AI-generated summary, tags and category.
- Usage data: AI call counts, character usage, plan and transaction records.
- Technical info: browser type, extension version, access time — logs for operations and troubleshooting.
信息的使用
- 提供并维护剪藏、AI 摘要与 Notion 同步等核心功能。
- 计算用量、处理套餐与计费。
- 排查故障、改进产品与安全措施。
我们不会将你的剪藏内容用于训练公开模型，也不会出售你的个人信息。
How we use it
- Provide and maintain clipping, AI summary and Notion sync.
- Measure usage and handle plans and billing.
- Troubleshoot, improve the product and security.
We do not use your clip content to train public models, and we do not sell your personal information.
安全与留存
我们采用传输加密（HTTPS/TLS）、访问隔离等合理措施保护你的信息。账户数据在账号注销或按法律要求后删除；日志类数据在必要期限内留存。
Security & retention
We use reasonable measures such as HTTPS/TLS and access isolation to protect your information. Account data is deleted on cancellation or as required by law; logs are retained for as long as necessary.

- 注销账户并撤回授权。
